blob analysis

I have an 8-bit grayscale image which is obtained after subtracting 2 images.  I have attached the image to the post.  there are 4 white regions in the image.

I am basically interested in

•  calculate the area of all the riegions
• No of height pixels
• coordinates for the white regions.
