can't find vision acquisition express VI in control palette

You need not measure to distinguish between them. A 5 rs will have a thick "5" engraved on it. If you can get a nice uniform lighting you can also use a OCR.

But what all functions should i include ? thresholding, particle filter ,pattern matching or golden template ?? when using golden template can i compare the captured image with many reference images ??
