I was also trying to do something similar. but this doesnt work well especially if the measurements (ie overlay count) is in excess of 100s and at the same time image is larger than 8MP (Video). when i tried this workaround i got flicker which was a bit irrrrrrritating

Always happy to help tusshar.  I dont understand your above statement.Do you mean i need to optimize it ?

Take a look at this example, you can use the enumerator control to select between which of the two overlays you wish to be visible.

I am using LabVIEW 8.2.1 and Vision 8.2.1

I opened your smaple VI, Unfortunately i do not have the group terminal available for Delete Overlays

please refer to the screen shot attached.

Which version you are using?

Can i some how get this or equivalent VI in LabVIEW 8.2.1

Hi tushar.Just press "cltrl +b" and it should work fine

Overlay VIs come with the IMAQ driver. I have IMAQ 4.0 - try updating your driver to the latest version: Vision Acquisition Software 8.5.1

Yes michelle even i feel the problem was because of version mismatch but removing the broken wires is in no way going to affect the functionality. Hope tushar has solved the issue.
