On my CVS I allow access the stored images by connecting via FTP. If you FTP to the CVS using Internet Explorer and then view with Windows Explorer you have full access to all files and folders with the ability to delete. Is there a way to protect the files and folders on the CVS and still allow access for viewing? I have disabled FTP folder view (outside of Internet Explorer) in internet properties(advanced) on the computer where I think this happened, but I have no way to prevent someone else from deleting files from another computer.
