Hi Bruce,
We got the file and was able to take a look at it. It appears that there is a problem because your application was built against the LV 7.1 runtime, IMAQ stopped supporting development in LV 7.1 sometime between the IMAQ version 4.1 and 4.3, and there was a limitation in the installer that installation of support for the runtime was seemingly tied to support for development. Fortunately, it appears that this issue was already fixed in the next upcoming Vision Acquisition software release and it will install runtime support back to LV 7.1.
For the time being, a simple workaround is that when you install IMAQ (or re-run the installer), select to install support for LV 8.5 (even though it doesn't need to be there). This will create a folder hierarchy in Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\LabVIEW Run-Time\8.5\PlugInControls that you should be able to copy to Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\LabVIEW Run-Time\7.1. Again, this should not be a problem as of the next Vision Acquisition release. If you use LabVIEW to create the installer and tell it to include the IMAQ runtime support the installer should also pull everything you need in.

Thanks for all of your help, Eric. I try what you suggested until the new IMAQ is released. It seems like I'm very good at finding issues with IMAQ where I have to wait until the next version. :manhappy:
