image acquired became distorted, problem in image sync

We've encountered an image acuiqisition problem with the PCI-1409 where the image became distorted. The suspicion is that there is a sync problem but the software did not generate an error message. The problem was resolved by restarting the program.

Hi Legardo,

I have seen similar errors in the past when the camera's acquisition loses synchronization.  Fortunately, it is fairly rare and usually comes about when the camera has been power cycled in the middle of an acquisition.  Re-initializing the IMAQ Session typically resolves the problem.
