If under "image restoration" you mean deblur (and if blurring function more or less known), then you can try to use Wiener filter.

I just posted simple example here: http://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-13702. Written for LabVIEW, but formula node was used, so you can program this algorithm in same way in CVI (will be a little bit tricky with FFT and Complex type).

Thank you very much! But  I use CVI software ,not Labview.I need CVI wiener filter algorithm.
