Good day Liebview friends.
someone here has a program for (2D) images (grayscale black and white) interpolate ( Nearest Bilinear  or interpolation).

you can use this

If you're working with IMAQ images, then you can use IMAQ Resample from the Image Manipulation palette.  It gives options of Zero-order (nearest), Bilinear, Quadratic and Cubic Spline interpolations.
