linux driver for PCIe 1429

hello,
we purchased subject framegrabber recently & would like to have an option of
linux deployment. we are willing to consider writing the linux driver (assuming
one does not already exist). in reaching this decision, we would like to know
what sort of support we might be able to get from NI towards this endeavor?
can we get windows driver source? other documentation?
if this project is approved, and if we are successful, we would make the
driver available to others at no cost.

Hi Lars,

Apologies, but the IMAQ driver source code is not available for distribution and does not have a utility to allow driver development. In most cases, due to the material's sensitive nature, it will not be possible to obtain the necessary documentation.

Depending upon your particular project, you may want to speak to your local sales representative.
