I have an application using LabVIEW 7.1 IMAQ 2.6.3, Vision 7.1.1 and Vision Builder for Automated inspection. Everything works great until I try to build an exe and install it on a second machine. I've installed IMAQ 2.6.3 and I've purchased the Vision Deployment Engine and installed the Vision Runtime Engine on the target machine. However, when I try to run my exe, it says it can't find all sorts of vision-related VIs (imaq this or that.vi, etc...). Interesting thing is that when I inserted the Vision Deployment Engine CD and selected "Install Runtime Engine", it imediately came back and said it had finished - no install shield, no nothing - and no activation?! Yet when I look at my installed applications in Windows, it shows that the Vision Runtime Engine is indeed installed. I tried un-installing it and re-installing it - same result.
