ni imaq inbuld snap .vi is missing

Hello,

I am pranita.i am tring to snap , grab the  images using imaq snap.vi,imaq grap.vi .But the problem is these vis are not present in the pallete (according to manual they should present in image acquisition pallete which should be in vision pallete.)

But under vision pallete only 3 palletes ara available.(image management, image utility and one more). Is there any problem in installation.But i have checked the status in MAX.It is ok.the labview version with me is 7.1(is it necessary that it should be LabVIEW RT).iIam using CCD camera .Plz reply

What is the version of imaq you have installed?

I'm having the same issue, with LV 8.6, IMAQ 4.4 and IMAQ I/O 2.3.1

Re-installed IMAQ, that fixed it...
