problem for integration with a cooled triggered camera

I've got a PCI-1409 with a COHU cooled camera. I want to take photo with a exposure time superior to the 40ms default time. I have problem when I trigger the acquisition ; I'm not able to synchronise the camera and the acquisition.
Anybody can help me ?

Ce que vous souhaitez faire c'est une acquisition en utilisant la carte PCI-1409 et un trigger?
Quelle version de NI-IMAQ vous utilisez? et avec quel langage? Quelle version?
Ci-joint un exemple en LV.

Pourriez-vous le tester et me confirmer si cela répond bien à votre question.
