I am unable to open the files. Over the wekend, I was able to match all the objects in 

the image using vision assistant. As you guys I was lacking a proper template creation.

I did that and it worked.

I also wanted to ask you about how we can pattern match using line profile as you mentioned

in your last post.  I want to do whatever I did right now in color pattern matching. Is there

a way around it.

First why are you not able to view the vis. I have atatched the vis for lv 8.0? Do you require a screenshot?

Find the template geo from the previous post. From the pattern matching bounding box you can draw the line profile to get the details. I will show what exactly i meant in my next post

thanks for your help. I havent tried your code yet but I have a working code of my own.

I will try your code 2morrow morning. I think you might have  got the IVa mask from ROI from

the vision assitant if I am right. But I fail to understand the concept behind entering those values

in the ROI window. thats the thing I failed to understand.

My other question is can I only extract all the matches in the image. The imaq extract doesnt have

angle with it. It just gives takes the global rectangle. Is there any proper way to extract the matched

template in the image. bcoz i can extract unrotated matched template image right now. I will put a

screen shot of what I did 2morrow.

You can use a imaq rotate and use the pattern matched angle (360-this angle). To rotate the pattern and then extract. Y?es i did get that image mask from vision assistant.
