Help with Measure

I am using Measure to capture information from a receipt printer attached to a Mettler-Toledo Checkweigher. The serial connection is working, but the scale weighs bags of product going down a belt at about 1 bag per minute. Please direct me to a solution for entering this into Excel so the results are displayed in rows instead of columns, one at a time and then disappearing. Someone must have done this before. Thanks.

Let me clarify the last sentence above. What it is doing now is putting all the information into cell A1, then the info disappears for the next bag and/or overwrites A1 with the new info. I would like to parse it in such a way that the info goes into cells A1 to E1, then shifts down and stays for each new bag, so the info appears in columns, just like it used to with the receipt printer.
