Hi, Im working on semiconductor-based sensors & needed to measure the sensor resistance. The range is from around 2G to say 50M. I plan to use the 2-pt method of driving a constant current say around 100nA & then measure the voltage across the sensor. Having a variable current source would be better to plot the V-I characteristics. So is there a card which possibly can integrate the nA current generation & voltage measurement together? or do either of functionality? Also is there any way to measure currents in nA range?
