Looking for replacement part

I have a  PCI-IMAQ-1408 that has physical damage from storage. Anyone with insight would be appreciated.

the  PCI-IMAQ-1408 is missing the C56 Capacitor. ( image attached) If anyone has access to the part number so I can replace this, I would appreciate the insight.

Why did you post here? 'Measure' is add-on software for Excel.

I would suggest contacting our customer service department to see if this card can be repaired.  (800) 531-5066.  They will need the serial number off of the card.
