Unexpected error in MAX

I have been receiving the following message in MAX:

The imaqcfgui.mxx plug-in caused an exception in the CmxAggregateItemUI::FinalRelease function in the NIMax process.

I use a PXI-1044 chassis in combination with a Windows 7 operating system (everything was functioning fine under XP)

please find the MAX part under the following link . You can also try to delete the entire MAX databases .
