Using USB 8473 CAN Sniffer in MAX
I have installed the drivers for the USB-8473 CAN sniffer (NICAN1850.EXE) but I cannot open a channel/interface for this device like I can for the NI-XNET USB-8502 CAN sniffer. The following is a screen shot which shows the two CAN sniffers detected by MAX but only one can be used. Do I have to use an older version of MAX than the one I am currently using? The one I am currently using is MAX version 21.0.0f0. Please advise what must be done to use the older USB-8473 in MAX.
