VI for download to display two voltage inputs, storing in file, later reading from file.

I'm searching for a VI download to display two input-voltages vs. time, storing the data in file(s) and later display the stored data as tables and graphs.

In case of restarting the VI for many measurements the stored data shouldn't be overwritten.
