I am trying to install the Diver 2.2 for the gib-usb-a device.

I register the product per the wizard and hit next.

The next step flagged an error. The error reads. "error 2 failed tp perform action add gpib hardware wizard.

What do you recommend

You'll probably get an answer sooner if you post to the correct board (Instrument Control). Measure is an add-on program for Excel and this board is not for generic questions.
