I am new to this forum and need help regarding connection of 3 phase voltages and currents to PCI 6221.
my setup - SCB 68 E series & PCI 6221.
Analog voltage i/p +-1V RMS for 3 channels & +- 0.5 V RMS for 4 channels.
requirement - read 3 phase voltage and current with neutral.
I have run NI PCI 6221 test panel & is OK.
For voltage i am using PT (230V/5V) which further reduced to 1 volt using divider resistors.one terminal of each PT is connected and shorted to ground.ie one terminal voltage +- 1v wrt another ie ground.
so here can i use differential method or RSE is best?
For current I have by 5 amps CT which gives 0.5V RMS voltage across 0.1 ohm burdon resistor . one terminal of burdon is grounded.
so which method is useful /recomended for connecting these voltages?
