keithley 237 measurents

Hello,

I am experiencing problems with a keithley 237. Managed to get V-I measurements done but only sweeps up to 81 points. I have downloaded program from the keithley instruments website. I wonder if somebody could help me.

Are you using the driver with the Measure program? Measure is an add-on to Excel. If you aren't using that, you should post to the Instrument Control board. Attach your code and the driver you got from Keithley.

My configuration:  Labview 8.0, installed Keithley 237 LabVIEW Driver, using 237 SwpVMeasI-repeat. Still trying to understand where there problem is. Program allows me to measure max 81 points. I must admit at this stage that this is my first attempt of using labview, still learning. So much detailed help would be much appreciated.

Then you have posted to the wrong board, as I already said. This board does not get a lot of attention.  Post to the correct board and attach your code.
