We downloaded the latest sofware.and loaded on our PC but this sofware also we are facing the same problem. that is after loading the software we install the board we are gettingthe one window open sayin that " PCI simple communication controller" we tried to load manually but the drivers are no0t detected.
 
For your information we had a old PCI-GPIB SR.NO. BE29EB, Assy no. 183617G-01 on this board we can achieve the communication.

Hello John,

From what I can gather, you are having trouble installing the drivers for your PCI-GPIB card.  The first troubleshooting step to try would be downloading the latest driver to a different computer and install the card there?  Please let me know if you are able to do that.
