Can't print entire article from within Visual Studio.Net 2003

I can't print any Measurement Studio 7.0 help article from within the 2003.Net. It will only print what appears on the screen and not the entire article. I try everything I know of to have the entire article printed but nothing works. The only way to print any MS 7 articles is to do a Copy-Paste to Word but it loses the nice format in the process and it is annoying, to say the least. This problem doesn't happen to the Microsoft's help articles at all. Anyone has this problem?

I am unable to reproduce the problem you are seeing, either from within Visual Studio .NET 2003 or from within the standalone help viewer.

Can you describe in more detail what you do to see this problem?

What OS are you on?
What topic are you trying to print?
How do you open the topic?
Are you in the standalone viewer or the viewer inside VS.NET?
Do you print from the File menu or the context menu?

I see this problem in the C++ function reference. It does not seem to be a problem in the .NET function reference or any of the overview topics. Does this accurately describe what you are seeing?

If so, please contact customer support through email. We'll see if we can get you some sort of a workaround.

Thanks for your response. My OS is w2k. One thing I forgot to mention is that the printed copy looks like a screen-capture output - with the vertical scroll bar on the right side as well. It doesn't matter how I invoke the help screen, either from hitting F1, using the help index, search, or from the contents tabs. It produces the same effect whether it is printed from the file or context menu. I haven't done much in the .NET side so I can't tell you more. It happens also with the overview topics. Try the CNiTimer overview. On my screen (1280x1024 res), it stops right at the line "Install an External Event Handler Function"
