Cannot find custom tool 'NationalInstruments.MeasurementStudio.Tools.DotNET.MxbCodeGenerator.2010' on this system

Migrated a project from Visual Studio 2010 / .NET 4.0 / NI-VISA to Visual Studio 2012 / Measurement Studio 2013 / .NET 4.5 / NI-VISA.  The migration threw warnings relating to the NI assemblies (UI, UI.WindowForms, VisaNS) which I resolved by removing the existing references and adding the latest versions.  I am still getting the following warning:

Cannot find custom tool 'NationalInstruments.MeasurementStudio.Tools.DotNET.MxbCodeGenerator.2010' on this system

How do I resolve this?
