Inconsistent Zoom/Pan reverting in coincidence with EditRange

A customer recently reported me a problem he had with zooming and revert, occurring only when he used multiple Y axes.

I investigated into the issue - here are the minimal reproduction steps, hopefully useful for you:

Reproduction:

1. Create a new Windows Forms application
2. Add a WaveformGraph to the Form
3. Add EditRange to the graph's InteractionMode
4. Add a second Y axis
5. Start the application
6. Edit the range of the 1st Y axis
7. Zoom into the graph using the mouse
8. Revert Zooming/Panning with Ctrl-Backspace

Failure: The 2nd Y axis is not reverted to its original range.

Versions reproduced: 8.5; 8.6.1
