Measurement Studio TDMS File format and VB.net

I have 10 teststand which I would like to use the Measurement Studio TDMS File format on along with vb.net.  I only have one copy of measurement studio I know I can redistribute the measurement studio merge files, but can I recompile on the machine that only have the shared .net components.  I know I wouldn't be able to debug measurement studio code without the full version installed but I would like to be able to debug other portions of the code for which I do have the source code.  I have tried using late binding with reflection but so far have not been able to get it to work.

There is a Measurement Studio Debug License available and you can see more information about the features available in the Debug version in the License Types help topic.
