I am trying to install NI Package Manager, first, so I could proceed with the installation of Measurement Studio 2019 (the latest I'm aware).
At the time of this writing, a Page Error is returned systematically, whenever I try to access https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/software-products/download.package-manager.html .
I'm using Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2, Visual Studio 2022 , .NET Framework 4.8
Any foreseen issues regarding the installation of current NI drivers on this environment ?

The NI Package Manager (NIPM) link has been showing an error since early July.
The 2025 Q3 version of NIPM was released in July, and I suspect that the NIPM page was accidentally deleted during the update.
We can only wait for NI staff to notice and fix this.
NIPM itself is installed when you install other NI software (NI-VISA, etc.), so the current workaround is to install another NI driver.
You can also update to the latest NIPM from your installed NIPM regardless of page errors.
