NI-SCOPE self calibration displays wrong date in .Net API

I'm using the .NET Class Libraries 2.0 together with NI-Scope 14.1 and the NI USB-5132 device. After performing a self calibration, the information like date and calibration temperature is not updated when looking at the object NIScope.Calibration.Self.SelfCalibrationDate. However, if I look at the object NIScope.Calibration.External.ExternalCalibrationDate, the date from my self calibration is displayed here. It seems like they are swapped internally?
