Nianlys.dll dependancy

Hello,

I've created a .NET application using MS2015 Filters library.

On Windows 7, I've 'just' to install some dependancies : CVI_Analysis.msi, mlk.msi and MStudioAnalysisRuntime.v450.msi

to run my soft and use Nianlys.dll library dll

But now on windows 10. Even after the installation of the dependancies, the nianlys.dll is nowhere to be found. So, of course, my soft crash.

Is somewhere can help me.

Thanks.

Florent.

Hello,
Someone from the community hsa already encountered this problem, which is described here.
The problem might be in the incompatibily of the software and OS's bitness.

Hi.

Thanks for the answers.

Problem is.

As our computers are not admin authorized, We don't/can't use setup file to install our software.

We pass the computers once on the admin desk to install the depandancies.

After the users have just to install the soft via a zip file.

The dependancy used to install nianlys.dll doesn't work on windows 10.

Did you try to go to Build -> Configuration Manager and change the Platform entries of the Projects to x86?

Hi.

Yes, it is in x86.

The problem comes from the dependancy "MStudioAnalysisRuntime.v450.msi and CVI_Analysis.msi which don't install the dll (nianlys.dll) in the NI program files directory.

I don't know why 😞

Thanks

Yes, several times. :((((

When I install the dependancies via the setup, it's ok. no problem.

If all of those steps did not help, I would recommend to contact your system administrator to reinstall the package.

Thank you and have a good day!
