convert volt to celsius formulas

Hi

using a 'NI PCI-6229 Analog RTD Thermistor

Im trying to convert the voltage to Celsius that im reading out from the signals from the card

following the description from this page

i've also tried to read the data sheet for the card which only provide me the range +/- 10 volts

does any one know where to find the correct formulas to achive this (here on NI)?

Im also trying to convert to pressure.

Any kind of help is very much appreciated (links, articles, etc...) also
