filter range

Is it possible for Measurement Studio's low pass filters to filter below 1 Hz (e.g. filter biological data at 0.5 hz)? If so, what is the practical lower filter range for a low pass filter?  I'm currently using Bessel, Butterworth, Chebyshev, and Elliptic low pass filters.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Bruce,

Measurement Studio's lowpass filters use standard mathematical equations for filters, so the best approach for answering your question would be to either look into online information on each of the filter types you are using, or to simply experiment with various frequencies to see if any of the results are not correct.  Hope this helps!
