1) We test with Visual Studio Setup projects. However, third party installer development packages such as Wise and InstallShield can also be used. I'm not familiar with nullsoft; when I quickly looked over the feature list, I didn't see any mention of support for merge modules or for .NET assemblies. This might mean that nullsoft is not a good choice for building installers for .NET libraries in general. If your application uses the Measurement Studio C++ libraries and ActiveX controls, you might be able to use nullsoft.
2) This depends entirely on which Measurement Studio libraries and National Instruments drivers you use in your application. Check out the Measurement Studio help topic
