1) We test with Visual Studio Setup projects. However, third party installer development packages such as Wise and InstallShield can also be used. I'm not familiar with nullsoft; when I quickly looked over the feature list, I didn't see any mention of support for merge modules or for .NET assemblies. This might mean that nullsoft is not a good choice for building installers for .NET libraries in general. If your application uses the Measurement Studio C++ libraries and ActiveX controls, you might be able to use nullsoft.
2) This depends entirely on which Measurement Studio libraries and National Instruments drivers you use in your application. Check out the Measurement Studio help topic Distributing Measurement Studio Applications for information on how to build an installer for an application that uses Measurement Studio libraries and also for a list of files that you need to include in your installer for each library. To navigate to this topic in the Visual Studio .NET Combined Help Collection table of contents, choose NI Measurement Studio Help>>Distributing Measurement Studio Applications.

Let us know if you have additional questions and/or if information is missing from that help topic.
