package manager wont install

Hello,

When I try to install package manager, it says that its already installed. However there is no folder in my program files which contains package manager or any other NI related items. 

When I try to install measurement studio, it confirms that package manager is not installed. 

Could someone please offer advice on rectifying these problems?

Hi Ryan,

May I know the following:

1. Windows version?
2. Package manager version? You can download the newest version from http://www.ni.com/en-us/support/downloads/software-products/download.package-manager.html#322516
3. Have you tried restarting the computer?
4. Are you able to see NI Package Manager in Control Panel >> Programs ?

NIPM is usually installed at this location: C:\Program Files\National Instruments\NI Package Manager

Hi Carmen,

Thank you for you reply.

I had removed the folder and as such was not able to see it in control panel > programs.

I have since rectified the issue by doing a registry cleanup.
