Annotations - Can't add in design or runtime

Using VB 6.0 Measurment Studio 6.0 (CWGraph/ CWUI 6.0)

From the Annotations tab on the custom properties page, the Add button is disabled during design time. 

During runtime, I get Error 70 - Can't access item. 

I have unregistered the dll, then uninstalled and re-installed with no success.

Hi Jim,

Is the Add button enabled on any other tab that it is present?  Does error 70 occur whenever you use a CWGraph?  Have you tried manually adding the command to make an annotation? 

Are you saying that you have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Measurement Studio?
