CWPlot3D.Baseplot and FillToBase property

Hi all

I tried to use the baseplot property with my 3D mesh plot in order to fill the space between two surfaces. But I always get the error message "property or method non valid for the object". I use mesurement studio 6 - VB6. Can anyone explain to how to use these properties ?

Thanks in advance

Hi Beta66,

I'd like to help you but in order to dig down the problme alittle deeper I need to know wich version of component works you are using.

Thanks a lot.

It doesn't matter how beautiful your theory is, it doesn't matter how smart you are. If it doesn't agree with experiment, it's wrong.

I finally realized that baseplot and filltobase properties affect only 2D graph objects. In such a case i hardly understand the reason why they are included in the cw3dgrph.chm help file.
However, can you suggest my a way to fill up volume limitetd by two (mesh built) surfaces ? I was wondering if there is a chance using parametric surfaces, but i did not succeded so far.

thanks
