Can I programmatically calibrate the PXI-4060 using VisualBasic and Component Works?

I nned a function similar to the NI-DAQ Calibrate_E_Series funcition, aka CalibrateESeries function in the DAQTools control.

Thanks for using the Developer Exchange.

There is no self calibration function for the DMM because it is a extremely precise device (24 bits of resolution). So in order to calibrate the 4060 will have to use an extremely precise external voltage source. Only Calibrators instruments can source this kind of voltage. If you want to calibrate your DMM you have two options:

1 - Send the board back to NI once a year
2 - Use the Calibration Executive to perform in-house high precision calibration.
