I'm developing an Active-X component with VB and Component Works.
I want to programmatically (automatically) show the property pages for my control when the control is first intialized, that is, when it is first droppped onto an HTML page.
Here is the scenario:
- A user is editting an HTML document (like in Front Page or something similar).
-They insert my Active-X component into their page.
-I want the "property pages" to popup immediately. In most HTML editors, the user needs to select Properties from a context menu. I'd like to somehow use the InitProperties event on my control to open the property pages immediately.
Is this possible?
Any ideas?
