I have performed you provided illustration,but it is so awful from PCI 6052E card generated sine curve,and it is really that the illustration couldn't change the amplitude of signal.
I tried a shipping example I found at: C:\Program Files\National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Examples\VBasic\Ao\WFMsingleBufAsync I used a similar E-Series device with 2 16bit analog output channels. I works fine, and it allows you to change the amplitude with the function WFM_Scale. Attached is the example.
