If you want example code for programming your PCI board, there are plenty of examples that ship with your driver CD. They can be found in :\Program
Files\National Instruments\MeasurementStudio\VB\Samples\DAQ\Analog Input. Also, here is a link to an example program that can be found on our website. While it does not explicitely list the PCI-6052e, the same programming technics are used for all different types of E-series boards.
