If you are you wanting to acquire data at 5 microsecond intervals (scan rate of 200 kHz), then I would suggest to look at a buffered acquisition example.
You can find a buffered acquisition example in the ...\Program Files\National Instruments\MeasurementStudio\VB\Samples\DAQ\Analog Input\Continuous Acquisition directory. This example uses the CWAI measurement studio control. You can right-click on the control and go to the properties of the control. Within the clocks tab you will be able to change to scan clock to a rate of to 200 kHz.
