Measurement Studio v6 cwui.ocx file

Now I am confused, have updated to Measurement Studio v6.05, and am still unable to use the Grpahs Annotation feature. The cwui.ocx is version 3.0.1.549, not v6.0.3.589 as required. Where can I download the correct versions, had a look on the site but found nothing?

Measurement Studio 6.0 is a PAID upgrade from Measurement Studio 1.0. You can't download it, you have to order the upgrade. Patches and free upgrades are available on the web for download. What CD do you have? If you DO have a Measurement Studio 6.0 CD, then you need to reinstall. If you only have a Measurement Studio 1.0 CD, you can upgrade at http://www.ni.com/upgrade.
