The error 10003 is a general NI-DAQ error that can be found in the NI-DAQ Help file, which says "The value of a numeric parameter is invalid." This means that one of the parameters in the function that is giving this error is not allowable. Make sure that you are entering the correct device number and that it's the same device number as the one in the Measurement and Automation Explorer. Also, you may try to calibrate to some different voltage values, such as 5 Volts or lower.
