error 2920 while install a measurement studio application

Plateform: MS Visual Studio .net 2003 ent. arch.
NI Measurement Studio (Trial)
OS: MS Windows XP

I used one of the examples from Measurement Studio (BasicSignalGeneration) to build my practice VB project.
After I built the Setup project for installation. I got error 2920 during installation.
Here is the detail information from event log:

Hey Min,

There is a problem with the datasocket merge modules in Measurement Studio 7.0 that causes the 2920 error. This problem is fixed with Measurement Studio 7.1. The solution for Measurement Studio 7.0 is as follows.

1) Exclude datasocketserver.msm and datasocketcore.msm your Visual Studio .NET setup project and build the installer.
2) Do a two-part install on the target computer:
a) first run the installer for the LabVIEW 7.x Runtime Engine (which installs the DataSocket 4.1components) (this is available as a free download on our website)
LabVIEW Runtime Engine
b) Next run your installer, which will not fail because the DataS
ocket MSMs were excluded and the DataSocket 4.1 components have already been installed.

There is also an installer for DataSocket 4.1 which I could e-mail you or put on our ftp site if you don't want to install the LabVIEW runtime engine.
