where can I download ComponentWorks?

I've been unable to find a place to download an evaluation copy of ComponentWorks. Can anyone tell me where to find it?

We don't have it online for download since it is included with the Measurement Studio demo which is quite large. You can request a evaluation CD be maile to you.
