6534 DIO double buffered burst Ouput data incorrect

using 6534 PCI DIO Card
I am generating 16 bit digital out
- with the card and double buffered Digital out
at 50Khz ~ 200Khz(external clock)
with my test data (repeat data 0x00 -> 0xff)
with request alway high

When I turon generation (with my VC++ program)
- at firtst data is correct (repetetion of 00 to ff)
but after about 10 min . generating pattern go to "00 01 02 04 04 ... 0a 0b 0d 0d 0e 0f ... "
(some skip and repeat next data)
I don't know weather my card have problem or not
*** with my DIO32HS card and same s/w program
Data generated correctly contiunously during sevral
hours.
