Calling dll from VB application gets not responding

Hi

I am using labview to make dll, which is called by my VB application.

The functionality of dll is that it communicate with fpga i.e.. Read/write data in FPGA.

Now when I call this function of dll from VB application starts stop responding.

I build the dll for 10 times without changing any code, it gave me appropriate output only once, rest of time it hangs my application.

Even the dll which got work is now creating same problem 

Can any one pls tell me: would be the reason behind this and how to overcome it! 

Following are details of what I am using: 

1.  Labveiw 8.6
2. driver version  2.0.0
3. Fpga board:  PXI 7813
