Can I get nidaqmx.dll for MS .Net 2005?

Hello Everybody, I want to add nidaqmx.dll as a reference in one of my VC++ 2005 project and want to use the APIs to read the data from the buffer of the channels after DAQmx_Val_Acquired_Into_Buffer event is fired. Can anybody provide me with the nidaqmx.dll supported by MS .Net 2005? Thanks, Ajay

Do you have LabVIEW and DAQmx driver installed on your system? And if yes, then which version?
