Chaning the input terminal to a counter?

Solved!
Go to solution

Hello,

I am trying to use the function DAQmxSetCICountEdgesTerm to change two of the counter input terminals to something with a BNC connector on my connector block.  The first one I could just change it to PFI0 however for the second one I am out of ideas.  Is it possible that I use any of the analog input BNC terminals?  If so what are the C++ names for them?  I also notice that there are two "user-defined signals" BNC connectors on the block, how do you use those?

I have two BNC-2120 connector blocks and is using a X-series DAQ board.

Thank you in advance for any replies

Reading through the BNC-2120 manual again, it actually specifies how to use the user-defined signals.

Sorry for wasting anyone's time.
