Appl: SDI - controls dynamically created and scaled in MyView::OnInitialUpdate.
Note: I have already review resize.zip demo code. My application is not a dialog but a SDI.

The attached example implements CWGraph in an SDI project. It would be a good starting point to achieve your goal.
